Student Statement of Intent

BIA Online is designed to help prepare students to attend Bridgeport International Academy (BIA) and to earn credits towards their BIA degree. To be enrolled in this program, a student must have applied to and been accepted by BIA, and have committed to attend in-person classes at some date in the future. If you agree to all the requirements, please sign where indicated.

I commit to enrolling as a full time student at BIA in Bridgeport, Connecticut upon completion of the BIA Online semester

I agree to budget the appropriate amount of time necessary to complete coursework assigned from each class.

I agree to maintain honesty and integrity in all coursework completed. BIA has a strict no-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. *see attached plagiarism policy

I understand that receiving high school credit from BIA Online is contingent upon the student's actual attendance at BIA in the future.

I agree to join a mandatory BIA Online Whatsapp group aimed to provide fast, reliable, and effective communication between teachers and students.

I will have access to a laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection.

I understand that BIA reserves the right to terminate students from the online program without refund if they violate and/or fail to honor the requirements from the Student Statement of Intent.
