Bridgeport Hope School was founded in 1996 by local parents concerned with the ethical and academic success of their children. Since its beginning this K - 8 school (with 60 students in 2003) has been located in the historic Seaside Institute on Lafayette Street in Bridgeport, CT. Dedicated to academic excellence and the cultivation of heart and character in a caring community, it is open to students from diverse religious, ethnic and national backgrounds. Students from nations in the Pacific Rim participate in programs tailored to their needs in the winter and summer months.
